Washington -- Rep. Bill Flores (R-TX) announced the Republican Study Committee (RSC) would formally oppose any effort to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank. Heritage Action released the following statement from chief executive officer Michael A. Needham:

Conservatives are on the verge of delivering a major victory for hardworking Americans, who rightly believe politicians are only working for big government special interests.
