WASHINGTON—Heritage Action President Dr. Kevin Roberts will announce and explain new conservative policy guidelines for the future of Ukraine aid and President Biden’s supplemental spending request during a conference call tomorrow, Dec. 5, 2023, at 11 a.m. ET.
The announcement from Dr. Roberts and Heritage Action, one of the nation’s largest grassroots organizations representing millions of conservatives, comes as House Speaker Mike Johnson considers President Biden’s $106 billion supplemental spending request amid reports that senators are working on a border security proposal that could undermine the policies passed in H.R. 2.
