Heritage Action For America opposes Missouri Constitutional Amendment 3. This amendment not only introduces recreational marijuana into law outside of the authority of the legislature by enshrining it in the Constitution it is also designed by its advocates to create monopoly control by a select few. Worst of all, it institutes the racist leftist ideology of Critical Race Theory in the form of an equity czar for the administration of the program. For these reasons, Heritage Action believes Amendment 3 should be rejected by Missouri voters on November 8.
