Congressman Banks has been a stand-out leader in the House, and conservatives everywhere are thrilled to see him continue that leadership as the new chairman of the Republican Study Committee. Congressman Banks and the RSC have been consistent champions of conservative principles, and they will lead the fight against any far-left policies introduced in the 117th Congress.
