"YES" on Upton EPA Bill
Next week, the House will vote on a bill offered by Representative Fred Upton (R-Mich.), the Energy Tax Prevention Act of 2011 (H.R. 910). It would amend the Clean Air Act and prohibit the EPA from regulating greenhouse gases to "address" global warming.
Heritage Action supports Representative Upton's legislation and will include this as a key vote in our scorecard.
