"YES" on SOAR Act
Today Heritage Action notified members of Congress and their staff that we will be launching a legislative scorecard.
Earlier today, the House Oversight Committee passed the Scholarships for Opportunity and Results Act (SOAR) Act which will now go to the House floor for a vote. The SOAR Act will give new life to the DC Opportunity Scholarship program by providing vouchers to low-income students in the nation's capital.
Heritage Action supports passage of the SOAR Act and will include this as a key vote in our scorecard.
