"YES" on the Protecting Jobs from Government Interference Act (H.R. 2587)

"YES" on the Protecting Jobs from Government Interference Act (H.R. 2587)

This week, the House will vote on H.R. 2587, the Protecting Jobs from Government Interference Act. H.R. 2587 would amend the National Labor Relations Act to reaffirm that any new investment decisions do not constitute unfair labor practices. The bill comes in response to the National Labor Relations Board's lawsuit against Boeing, which if successful could prevent the company from opening a new facility in South Carolina, a right-to-work-state.

Heritage Action supports H.R. 2587 and will include it as a key vote in our scorecard.
