"YES" on Net Neutrality Disapproval
Thursday, the House will vote on H.J.Res. 37, a joint resolution disapproving the rule submitted by the Federal Communications Commission with respect to regulating the Internet and broadband industry practices. The rule, commonly referred to as "net neutrality," is on shaky legal ground and would prove harmful for internet users, investors and the economy.
Heritage Action supports H.J.Res. 37 and will include this as a key vote in our scorecard.
