"YES" on the Huelskamp Amendment
Rep. Tim Huelskamp will offer an amendment to H.R. 2584, the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act 2012, that would cut $3 billion from the underlying bill. Most notably, it cuts $1.93 billion from the Environmental Protection Agency. The amendment begins the process of reining in overfunded agencies that impede economic and job growth.
Heritage Action supports the Huelskamp amendment and will include it as key vote in our scorecard.
