"NO" on the Pascrell / LaTourette Amendment

The amendment to H.R.2017, the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act for fiscal 2012, would cut funding for department management and operations in order to increase firefighter grants by $320 million. These grants are ineffective and should be defunded.

Heritage Action opposes the amendment and will include it as key vote in our scorecard.
