CO-SPONSORSHIP of the Defending America's Affordable Energy Act

Earlier this year, Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) and Representative Tim Walberg (R-Mich.) introduced the Defending America's Affordable Energy and Jobs Act (S. 228 / H.R. 750). The legislation would stop the EPA's current regulatory agenda in its tracks and preclude global warming regulations via the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act and the National Environmental Policy Act.
