Support the Defining Male and Female Act

My name is [NAME] and I am a constituent from [CITY, STATE].

I am calling to urge Rep. Valerie Foushee to support the Defining Male and Female Act (H.R. 9218)

Until recently, no precise legal definition of “male” and “female” was needed because no one contested the inherent biological differences between men and women.

Unfortunately, gender ideology has deliberately tried to confuse people and ignore the reality that there are only two sexes and that they are not chosen, but innate from a person’s birth.

This has caused chaos and danger across the country by allowing men into girls locker rooms, sports teams, bathrooms, and other female only spaces.

It has also led to a rise in child mutilation through so called “sex-change surgeries” and an increase in access to toxins that block puberty and cause permanent damage to young bodies.

This bill would precisely define male and female while also accounting for rare disorders (about .018% of the population).

While it is sad that a bill like this is necessary, the reality is that the Left has forced us to codify what we all know to be true.

Please tell Rep. Valerie Foushee to support H.R. 9218 and help restore common sense in this country.
