Support Including Anti-CBDC Legislation in the NDAA

A CBDC gives the government too much power and creates a surveillance state tool to restrict Americans’ financial freedom.

In short, a CBDC would allow the government to track every transaction — how much is spent and what is purchased. They are programmable, traceable, trackable, and taxable.

President Trump understood the danger of CBDCs when he issued his executive order banning the development of one — but an executive order isn’t permanent. Congress must act.

The House has already passed the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act (H.R. 1919).Now, Congress must ensure that this important legislation is sent to President Trump’s desk.

Congress must include a CBDC ban in must-pass legislation like the NDAA. The Biden administration already tried to implement one and it’s only a matter of time until another attempt is made.
