Dismantle DEI

I am calling to urge Rep. Tom Cole to support The Dismantle DEI Act (S. 4516/H.R. 8706) introduced by Sen. J.D. Vance and Rep. Michael Cloud.

This is a comprehensive proposal to eliminate taxpayer funding of federal “diversity, equity, and inclusion” a.k.a DEI offices, programs, grants, and trainings.

Promoting DEI over merit fosters an oppressor-vs-oppressed narrative that fuels division. DEI policies lead to the labeling and unconstitutional segregation of individuals based on characteristics such as race and sex - something our country has been trying to move beyond for decades.

DEI threatens to bring us back in time.

Federally-funded DEI programs and policies do not promote racial harmony. They sacrifice merit in the name of categorizing and segregating individuals by race and the federal government has no business promoting it.

Tell Rep. Tom Cole to support this bill and get it passed.
