Support President Trump’s Recissions Package

I am calling to urge Rep. Jake Auchincloss to support President Trump’s rescissions package, H.R. 4, to rescind funding for USAID and other woke and wasteful foreign aid programs, as well as the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which funds NPR and PBS.

Using the Impoundment Control Act to pass recissions is an important way for Congress to do its job and cut wasteful spending.

USAID has wasted billions of dollars on an international Green New Deal agenda and administering radical, woke programs.

Likewise, Americans should not be forced to finance networks such as NPR and PBS, which are funded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and consistently exhibit a left-wing bias rather than impartial journalism.

Congress maintains the constitutional power of the purse — yet our nation is approaching $37 trillion in debt and is racing towards financial ruin.

Future generations of Americans are depending on us. It’s critical that Congress take every opportunity to restore fiscal sanity.
