Heritage Action is hosting three Save Our Schools workshops and a live Sentinel Strategy Call with Vice President Garrett Bess and Director of Grassroots Janae Stracke. The locations, times, and dates are listed below. These meetups will be a great chance to eat, mix, mingle, and ask your questions. We’ll be covering critical race theory “terms to know”, how to submit an open records request, how to run for your local school board, and more. We encourage you to bring like-minded guests!

Garrett Bess is the Vice President of Heritage Action.
Bess is responsible for managing the government relations, communications, digital, and grassroots teams. He has served for nearly a decade on the Hill as a senior staff member to two members of Congress. He is a native of Tampa Bay, Florida.

Janae Stracke is the Vice President of Outreach and Advocacy for Heritage Action.
In this role, she oversees their grassroots team and leads the Sentinel Program and Heritage Action's two million grassroots activists. Prior to working for Heritage Action, Stracke worked for Concerned Women for America where she served as both National Field Director and Communications Coordinator. Stracke grew up on a farm in Western Iowa and attended Liberty University where she received a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and a double minor in public relations and psychology.
