WASHINGTON – Heritage Action, a conservative grassroots organization with 2.5 million grassroots activists nationwide, including thousands of New Hampshirites, praises the passage of HB 10, which establishes a parental bill of rights within the state of New Hampshire, and urges Governor Kelly Ayotte to sign this bill into law.

Heritage Action New Hampshire State Director Corey Kendig released the following statement in support of HB10:

“The family unit, once considered an integral part of our society, is now under direct threat from governmental overreach and other bad actors. Heritage Action applauds the work of the New Hampshire General Court to put families first and protect parents' rights to make decisions about their children, their education, care, and most importantly, their upbringing. We encourage Governor Kelly Ayotte to speedily sign this legislation into law to protect the parents, children, and the families of the Granite State."
