WASHINGTON — Today, Heritage Action, a conservative organization with two million grassroots activists nationwide, including thousands of South Dakotans, released a statement from Executive Director Jessica Anderson supporting Governor Kristi Noem on signing SB 122 into law and supports the South Dakota legislators who voted to ban “Zuck Bucks” and stop outside interference in South Dakota’s elections.

“South Dakotans deserve to have fair elections free from the outside influence of Big-Tech billionaires. Heritage Action thanks Governor Kristi Noem for protecting South Dakota’s elections from outside manipulation by signing SB 122 into law.

We also applaud the hard work of the legislators who voted to advance this common-sense reform.
