CO-SPONSORSHIP of the A-PLUS Act

Congressman Rob Bishop (R-Utah) introduced the A-PLUS Act in the House of Representatives (H.R. 2514). The legislation would allow states to opt out of the bureaucracy of No Child Left Behind and give them greater flexibility to decide what works best for their specific education needs.
