Student Loan Bill (House) Vote Recap

On Friday, the House voted on its version of the student loan interest rate extension, H.R.4628, which would keep interest rates on taxpayer-subsidized loans at 3.4% for one year. To pay for the bill, the House wanted to take money away from Obamacare, essentially making the unpopular law a slush fund for increased spending that would do nothing to help students currently paying off their loans. The vote results are below, along with a list of the Republicans who voted incorrectly and the Democrats who voted correctly (albeit mostly for the wrong reasons):
