Protect Born-alive Abortion Survivors

The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (H.R. 962) is common-sense legislation that would require appropriate medical care be given to any child who survived a botched abortion and that the child be transported and admitted to a hospital.

A baby’s right to life and medical care does not change because he or she was born in an abortion clinic instead of a delivery room, and medical practitioners should be legally required to administer medical care to babies no matter where or why they are born.
