My name is [NAME] and I am a constituent from [CITY, STATE]. I am calling to urge you to support Sen. Tuberville and Rep Stebue’s Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act.

In 2022, the Department of Education (DoE) proposed a rule, which would have allowed biological men to compete in women’s sports at any educational institution that accepts federal money.

Significant public outcry forced the DoE to repeal this rule, but not without an announcement that they would issue another one in 2023.

This is why I am asking you to support Sen. Tommy Tuberville and Rep. Greg Steube’s “Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act.”

This act would make it a federal crime under Title IX for anyone who receives federal funds to allow biological males to

In 2022, the Department of Education (DoE) proposed a rule, which would have allowed biological men to compete in women’s sports at any educational institution that accepts federal money.

Significant public outcry forced the DoE to repeal this rule, but not without an announcement that they would issue another one in 2023.

This is why I am asking Rep. Blake Moore to co-sponsor Sen. Tommy Tuberville and Rep. Greg Steube’s “Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act” (S. 613 / H.R. 734).

This act would make it a federal crime under Title IX for anyone who receives federal funds to allow biological males to compete in women’s sports.

I firmly believe that women need to have safe and fair sports to compete in. There have been too many cases of women being robbed of placing in tournaments, winning trophies, and achieving other accolades because they were forced to compete against men.

There are even more cases of women expressing security concerns and discomfort when men are allowed into their locker rooms and bathrooms.

I urge you to show your support for women by cosponsoring this much-needed bill (S. 613 / H.R. 734) .

Thank you for passing along my message.

Have a good day.
