57% of Americans Support Obamacare Repeal
For the second week in a row, a Rasmussen report shows that 57% of Americans want the government takeover of the healthcare industry repealed.
43% strongly favor repeal, while only 26% strongly oppose it. Even more striking is that 54% think repeal is likely, which is up 8 percentage points since last month.
With the focus on jobs and the economy, the majority of Americans now see that this law is bad for the country. The regulatory and cost burdens imposed by this law are threatening to crush businesses and has stifled job creation, helping to keep unemployment above 9%.
Now that Congress is back in session, they can look for commonsense solutions to getting this country back on track, and repealing this big-government boondoggle would be a big step.
