Our Message To Rep. Kevin Brady

Support the Financial CHOICE Act
The House Financial Services Committee passed a bill to repeal or replace some of the worst provisions contained in Dodd-Frank called the Creating Hope and Opportunity for Investors, Consumers, and Entrepreneurs Act or Financial CHOICE Act (H.R. 10).

The 2010 Dodd-Frank Act has codified “too big to fail,” destroyed local community banks, restricted access to capital for business owners, increased lending costs, and created one of the most powerful and unaccountable federal agencies in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Dodd-Frank is Obamacare for the financial services sector of the U.S. economy and must be repealed.

The Financial CHOICE Act would begin the process of repealing Dodd-Frank, boost our economy, increase income for all Americans, and restore consumer financial choice.

Please support and vote YES for the Financial CHOICE Act.

Our Message To Sen. John Cornyn

Repeal Obamacare
The House of Representatives made an important first step to repeal Obamacare by passing an amended version of the American Health Care Act (H.R. 1628), but more work remains.

The AHCA does not repeal the regulatory architecture of Obamacare (Title I) that increases insurance premiums by up to 68 percent, but rather allows states to opt-out of those insurance regulations.

The Senate should strengthen the current bill by freeing the health insurance marketplace of as many regulations as possible, so that premiums go down and choices go up.

Republicans promised to fully repeal Obamacare, campaigned on full repeal, and voted over 60 times to repeal parts or all of the disastrous healthcare law for seven years. Now that the American people voted for a unified Republican government, please fulfill your promise by repealing Obamacare as quickly as possible.
