Action Alert: Oppose the Continuing Resolution
The House is set to vote on a funding bill this week, probably tomorrow or Thursday. H.J.Res.79, the Continuing Appropriations Resolution, would fund the government through November 18, 2011 at an annual level of $24 billion above the House-passed Ryan budget.
Time for conservatives to take action by emailing their Members of Congress.
As we announced in our key vote yesterday, we support the House-passed budget, and spending levels above it represent a missed opportunity to rein in Washington’s reckless spending. Congress should be rejecting President Obama’s tax and spend vision for America.

Congress needs to hear from conservatives on this important issue: it’s time for spending cuts, not more of the same.
